Chritma Day fall on the twenty-fifth of December. It i a very happy day for many boy and girl . Before the term end in ome chool , the children act a nativity① or “birth” play, howing how Jeu② wa born in a table③.
On the twenty-fourth of December, all children are very excited. Uually they are ent to bed early o that their parent can get the preent ready. The younger children think that Father Chritma will come down the chimney or fireplace , o they hang up a ock for him to put preent in. The greedy one even hang up a pillow-cae④ or a ack⑤ to try to get more preent. Later that night作文 你也可以投稿, Father or Mother will put preent in the ock, and leave other at the ide of the bed.
On Chritma morning, the children wake up very early. Some even turn on the light at two o clock, and mot of them are awake by ix o clock although it i not light in England for another hour or two at thi time of the year.Children look for their preent , and the young one play while the dinner i prepared. At about one o clock in the afternoon, the Chritma dinner i brought in . The turkey or chicken i quickly eaten . Children earch in their Chritma pudding for new coin which are hidden in it .
