Lat night, I ate a lot of food, uch a KTC and ice cream, before I lept, I ate ome cold food in the fridge. At midnight, I felt my tomach hurt badly, my family wa woke up, they ent me to the hopital. After eeing the doctor, he told me that I had eaten too much food, what’ more, the food wa not healthy, o it hurt my tomach. Since then, I realized that I hould not eat the rubbih food often, I hould keep the healthy diet. Now my diet i regular, I won’t take in much food before leeping, my body i becoming healthy. In the morning, I eat an egg and make ure I take in enough vitamin. Even when I ee the rubbih food i tempting, I take no heitation to ay no to them. I am o proud of myelf.
