We all know that the health of our important,but fo you know how to keep fit ?

Want to keep fit,we‘ll have plenty of leep,eat the fruit and vegetable and drink of water every day,thee are good for health.

Want to keep fit,we mutn’t go to work without breakfat.Want to keep fit,we mut goto bed early and get up early.

Want to keep fit,we mut have healthy habit.

The definition of “Healthy Life Style” include a poitive living attitude toward life, eating a balanced diet, exercie regularly, which i three to five time a week with at leat thirty to forty-five minute per eion. Regular ocial interaction and regular phyical check-up. I would like to add on enrichment peronal knowledge in the lit.All of u are very buy every day.
