（一）Studying Abroad 出国留学
In recent year, tudying abroad ha been popular in our country. More and more middle chool tudent would like to go abroad through mediator. I it good or bad to tudy abroad? In my opinion, on one hand, it ha ome advantage. Studying abroad can provide better tudying condition. People can make rapid progre in their foreign language tudy and it can alo help widen their field of viion. Meanwhile, young tudent can learn advanced cience and technology from foreign countrie and pread culture of different nation.
On the other hand, it ha diadvantage. For example, becaue of the lack of living experience and poor capability to take care of themelve, they may feel lonely and homeick. In addition, high living expene and tuition fee will become a heavy burden upon their parent.
So I think whether tudying abroad or not hould be decided according to oneelf and one’ family. It i not right to follow other.

所以我想是否出国学习应该根据自己及家庭的情况决定。盲从他人是不好的。

Out of humanim, international aid from developed countrie have improved their living tandard and helped them with the development of agriculture, indutry and economy. A timely upport certainly erve a a godend to countrie and people in urgent need.

（三）My View on Recreational Activitie 我对娱乐活动的看法
Nowaday, a lot of recreational activitie are available for people to releae their tre of work or tudy. Recreational activitie have aroued a hot debate in ociety. When it come to recreational activitie, people’ idea are not cut from the ame cloth. 如今，很多娱乐的活动都能够帮助人们缓解工作或学习上的压力。娱乐活动在社会上引起了一场激烈的辩论。说到娱乐活动，不同的人有不同的观点。
Abundant recreational activitie make people’ life more colorful and people can releae their tre with amuement. Alo, participating in recreational activitie help promote our competence. However, too much recreational activitie will bring problem. For intance, many young tudent are addicted to online game, which will generate bad effect on their tudie and might lead bad conequence.
丰富的娱乐活动让人们的生活更加丰富多彩，人们也可以从娱乐中释放压力。同时，参加娱乐活动可以提高我们的能力。然而，过多的娱乐活动会带来的问题。例如，许多年轻的学生都沉迷于网络游戏，这慢慢地会对他们的学习产生不好的影响甚至可能导致不好的后果。
In my opinion, we hould keep a balance between amuement and tudy or work. Of coure, we hould join ome recreational activitie after tudy, but we need arrange our time properly. Only in thi way can recreational activitie provide more benefit for u.
在我看来，我们应该保持娱乐和学习或工作之间的平衡。当然，我们应该在学习之后参加一些娱乐活动，但是我们需要合理地安排我们的时间。只有这样娱乐活动才能为我们带来更多的好处。
（四）Help 帮助

（五）Habit 习惯
Habit, whether good or bad, are gradually formed. When a peron doe a certain thing again and again, he will be obliged to do it in the ame way by ome uneen force. Once a habit i formed, it' difficult or even impoible to change or get rid of it. Therefore, it' of great importance that we hould pay attention to the formation of habit.
不管是好习惯还是坏习惯都是逐渐形成的。当一个人周而复始地重复做某一件事的时候，由于某种看不见的力量他不得不以同样的方式做这件事。一旦习惯养成就很难甚至不可能改变或者戒除。因此，注意养成习惯很重要。
Good habit have many advantage. For example, going to bed early and riing early help u build a healthy body. Diligence help to ucce. Honety help to win the repect and trut of other.
好习惯有很多优点。比如，早睡早起帮助我们建立健康的身体。勤劳有助于成功。城市有助于赢得他人的尊敬和信任。
If we form bad habit, uch a rudene, lazine, lying and tealing, we might be mind by thee habit.
如果我们养成坏习惯，比如粗鲁、懒惰、说谎和偷窃，我们可能被这些习惯困扰。
In hort, good habit help u be better and bad habit make u wore, o we hould try hard to form good habit and keep far from bad habit.
总之，好习惯有助于我们变得更好，坏习惯使我们更差，所以我们应该努力养成好习惯，远离坏习惯。

We turn our attention away from our own defect, and when we are forced by untoward event to conider them, find it eay to condone them. For all I know we are right to do thi; they are part of u and we mut accept the good and bad in ourelve together.

To take a trivial intance: how cornful we are when we catch omeone out telling a lie; but who can ay that he ha never told not one, but a hundred?
但是当我们对他人作评价的时候，我们不是凭自己的真心来评判别人，而是以一种自我建立的形象为基础来评判他人，这种自我形象完全去除了在世人眼中与自己的虚荣心或者名誉相冲突的事物。举一个简单的例子：当看出别人在说谎时，我们是多么地蔑视他啊！但是，谁敢说自己从未说过谎？有的人撒的谎还不少。

人和人之间没什么大的不同。他们皆是组合体——伟大与渺小，善良与邪恶，高尚与卑劣。有的人个性较强，或者机遇较多，因而在这个或那个方面，他们能够更自由地发挥自己的天资，但是人类的潜能却都是一样的。对我来说，我认为自己并不比大多数人好一些或者差一些，但是我知道，假如我贯彻执行了我生命中每一个行为和每一个掠过我脑海的想法的话，世人将会把我视为一个道德败坏的怪物。这种认识——每个人都会有这样的怪念头——应当能够对我们产生启发：宽容自己，也要宽容他人。假如因此我们可以在评价他人时不太严苛——即使是世间最杰出和最令人尊敬的人，而且，假如我们也因此不对自己自视过高，那就挺好的。
