What i the mot important thing in the world? I think it i health. You can take away our money, houe, car, or even our clothe and we can urvive. But if our health wa taken away, we would urely die. That i why we alway try to eat in a healthy way and exercie regularly. In order to eat healthily, I uually avoid eating food high in fat, like French frie or cookie. I alo eat little meat. I eat a lot of vegetable and freh fruit which are full of vitamin. Taking exercie every day help u build a h2 body. Regular exercie i an important part of keeping me healthy.

I alway feel better when I am with friend than when I am alone. When I am with my friend, I alway laugh. Laughing i alo an important part of health. I like to laugh with my friend.
