Dear Manager,
Now I am writing to tell you that I bought a TV et from your hop everal day ago. But when I brought it home and turned it on, I found it didn’t work properly. So I took it back to the hop and told the aitant what had happened. To my urprie, your aitant didn’t help me to olve the problem. On the contrary, he houted at me rudely and refued to examine it.
I know that your hop enjoy a high reputation of good ervice, o I bought the TV et in your hop. But today, I am orry to find that uch ervice hould have happened in your hop and your aitant didn’t eriouly think of the interet of cutomer.
I hope you will look into the matter and give me a reaonable explanation. I am waiting to know how you will deal with it. Thank you for your conideration and I am expecting an early reply.
