The action came a the reult of an anonymou letter of tudent’ parent to the county’ party ecretary.The adult claimed that many teenager were pending far too much time in internet cafe and were uffering from “ Internet addiction”. The picture alo how a boy who got very urpried at the cafébeing hut down. People differ in their opinion on the quetion: hould we hut the cafe down? Some believe that teen are too young to retrict themelve. Without proper uperviion, they tend to pend hour in the internet café and develop addiction. According to them, becaue it i difficult to get all cafe to refue teenager, hutting them down i a practical olution. Other are oppoed to hutting all the cafe down becaue it i like throwing away the apple becaue of it core. They argue that internet café are there for thoe who need eay internet acce and who don’t have acce at home. Shutting down all the cafe limit the right of thee people and o the policy in’t fair to them and to the internet caféoperator.
