Job hunting ha alway been a headache for college tudent. Though many graduate are employed right after graduation, ome are not. Mot eriou of all, ome till have no idea where to go working even a long time after graduation.
The reaon for thi phenomenon are variou. On the one hand, a few year ago college and univeritie enrolled o many tudent in popular major, uch a economy, finance and o on that the number of graduate wa greater than the need in the market. On the other hand, mot graduate would rather tay in large citie without uitable job to do than go to the country.
I reckon thi problem can be olved if both college and tudent take meaure. Firt, they hould reearch the market and develop pecial kill to uit it need. Second, tudent’ attitude toward employment hould be changed. They hould go to mall citie and country. There they can alo give full play to their profeional knowledge. In a word, if we pay much attention, the ituation can be improved .
