We hould eat more fruit and vegetable .and we hould never eat ome junk food uch a fried chicken .econdly,we hould take more exercie after cla.we can run,play baketball ,go wimming and o on. Thirdly, we hould get up early and go to bed early ,we houldn\'t tay up too late at night.
