when aked uch a quetion: which i better, to get core or to get abilitie, many tudent anwer like mine would be that to get abilitie i better than to get core. to make it clear, we have to compare the both ide.
two different aim lead to two different method and two different reult. if we are eager to get good mark, our teacher would take a cramming-duck hand to force u to do much hard work. we have to learn by heart a lot of lifele knowledge. we have to recite many many poem and tet. we have to carry a heavy chool-bag. we have to do much homework after chool. all of what we do i merely for a ingle purpoe----to pa eamination. a a reult we cannot enjoy any thing. we have no free time. we have no holiday. we have no game and play. we have no pleaure. we have no childhood. in the end we have no kill or capabilitie① ecept ome dead knowledge from book. we are not able to wah our clothe. we are not able to cook meal. we are not able to labour in the field. we are not able to operate machine in the factorie. in a word we cannot do any practical work.
on the other hand, if we intend to gain abilitie, our teacher will take fleible and varied meaure in their teaching practice. they will provide for all the tudent chance to hare equal education and we tudent are uppoed to enjoy all-round② development. while we learn knowledge from book, we are howed how to ue computer, how to make a radio or recorder, how to make eperiment and reearche in cience; how to play the piano or violin, how to ing or dance, how to draw or paint picture and portrait; how to prepare a dih or how to make bread; how to plant tree and gra, how to go in for farming by mean of cientific method; how to do buine and how to keep in touch with other. all in all, we can play an active part in our tudie. at lat we will mater not only book knowledge, but alo the other three abilitie----living ability, working ability and mabageable③ ability. thu, we will erve the people better.[由www.hAozuowEn.com整理]
