Gradually with the year, hi horizon widen, and, in proportion a hi thought and feeling become le peronal and le concerned with hi own phyical tate, he achieve growing widom. Thi i of coure a matter of degree. No one can view the world with complete jutice, and if anyone could, he would hardly be able to remain alive. But it i poible to make a continual approach toward jutice, on the one hand, by knowing thing omewhat remote in time or pace, and, on the other hand,by giving to uch thing their due weight in our feeling. It i thi approach toward jutice that contitute growth in widom.
Can widom be taught? And, if it can, hould the teaching of it be one of the aim of education? I hould anwer both thee quetion in the affirmative. I do not think that knowledge and moral ought to be too much eparated. Even the bet technician hould alo be good citizen: and when I ay
