After a hard day of work or tudy, many people feel like cooking for themelve i too much trouble. They prefer to grab a quick bite to eat at a retaurant and go home for ret a quickly a poible. But for me cooking at home i worth the time and trouble becaue it i cheaper, healthier, and more enjoyable. Buying my own grocerie and cooking for myelf i much le expenive than eating in a retaurant. I find that a meal that I cook myelf on average cot half to two-third le than a comparable meal in a retaurant. Retaurant have to rent pace, hire chef, waiter, and manager, a well a buy food and make a profit. When I cook I have no overhead. The only extra expene I have to pay i the time it take for me to cook the food. In addition to being le expenive, when I buy my own grocerie I can be ure I am buying the frehet and cleanet meat and vegetable available.

Even though it take more time to hop, cook, and clean up when I cook for myelf, at the end I have a ene that I did not wate the time o much a I truly enjoyed life for an hour at the end of the day.
