初二英语作文：Movie and Book
When one read a fictional book, one i able to let hi/her imagination run wild. Everything from the etting to the character decription i left up to the reader' mind, and therefore can be quite enjoyable. Depending on the novel, of coure, one can imagine far away place jut by the decription read in the novel. Book are alo an excellent form of entertainment a they are portable. If one i on a long commute to work, which i common in Beijing, one can bring along a favorite novel, effectively taking hi/her entertainment with him/her. Book can be enjoyed in any etting. They can be picked up on a whim, and put down again to return to at a later time.
Movie, of coure, alo have their own benefit. Movie allow the viewer to be completely engroed in the plot. There i no need for thinking, a everything i preented to you in a traightforward form. One never ha to ponder what a place or a peron look like; the information i all acceible to the viewer. Thi can be an advantage or a diadvantage, depending on what one i looking for in hi/her entertainment.
In a ociety where we want everything fater, better and more exciting, perhap movie are a more relevant medium. However, movie demand at leat an hour and a half of one' time. Book are available to their conumer whenever there i time, which i alo an important feature. In concluion, I believe that neither book nor movie are a more enjoyable form of entertainment.
