With a few exception, we announce promotion and tranfer on April 1 every year. The deciion about promotion i baed upon the judgment of the head of the department concerned a well a the recommendation by the peronnel committee. A to tranfer, it it uually determined on the bai of the recommendation by the head of the department concerned. We have a flexible policy concerning tranfer. That i, if an inpidual doe not wih a tranfer, he or he can decline the tranfer appointment. A to our retirement policy, we et the retirement age at 60, and allow for earlier retirement if one wihe.
