While hortage of talent trouble many univeritie and tate-owned enterprie, million of talented people either emigrate to developed countrie or work for foreign companie. At the ame time, a big crowd of well-educated people who are determined to follow their foottep take TOEFL or GRE a their paport to the Wet.
However, people ee thi phenomenon in different perpective. Some hold the opinion that China uffer a lot from brain drain. They argue, on the one hand, that brain drain coniderably weaken our international competitivene. On the other hand, they believe that the talent hould erve their native country firt.
In contrat, other highlight the advantage of international exchange and cooperation. They claim that Chinee youth hould go abroad to tudy and gain more experience. What’ more, the long-term benefit will outweigh loe we uffer now.
Brain drain poe a challenge. China hould go all out to attract talented people in order to better compete in the world.
