Day and day pat, I’m not a child any longer. But I till remember that Halloween, 31t October 2001. That wa Saturday. I went to tudy Englih with an American girl named Debby a uual. We had 5 tudent altogether. Before that week, Debby had already told u to learn omething about Halloween ourelve. On that day, Debby pent an hour decribing thi American fetival for u, uch a “trick or cheat”, pumpkin and even, he took a pumpkin with her. Firt he took out a finihed pumpkin lantern. That wa really beautiful and ugly, we liked it o much. Then he taught u how to make a pumpkin lantern by ourelve. We each held a mall knife, learnt to cut and draw omething on that pumpkin. Finally, we made it and put a hort candle into it. That wa truly happy. And the mot urpriing thing wa that the lantern wa a preent for that day’ uper tudent. Who will that be? My god! That wa me! Do you know how excited I wa then? I held it, jumping and houting. That wa the mot unforgettable day to me. And I will not forget it, never!
