If we want to keep our bodie healthy, we mut have a good habit. We hould get up and go to bed early and leep at leat eight hour every day. Do more exercie, uch a walking, wimming, playing ball and o on. We hould alo eat healthy foodmore fruit and vegetable and le meat. If you dont feel well, youd better ee a doctor at once. And we hould wah our hand before meal and drink enough boiled water every day. It neceary for our health.
We hould not throw litter about, keep long fingernail and moke etc. It alo very important.
