Secondly, ocial factor may alo have led to crime increae. Over the lat twenty or thirty year, many ocietie have undergone rapid change and development, family tructure have charged. Latly, it i alo generally true to ay that many criminal commit crime after having been in prion.
My opinion, Firtly government can certainly make great effort to cloe the gap between rich and poor, and offer everyone a reaonable education which will bring them greater opportunitie in the future. Secondly, our government mut do i to accept ocietie changing. Let criminal will re-education and rehabilitated, uing community ervice program intead into a jail.
