There i a univeral aying that practice make perfect, however I think appropriate practice make perfect conidering to training technique, training volume and other reaon. Practice can make you remember and undertand omething new, but inappropriate practice may make your effort uele or even lead you to the oppoite direction. Therefore, before your practice, you hould think about whether your method, plan are appropriate or not. Only the appropriate method and plan help you get what you wih. Practicing oral Englih, for intance, if you ay a word in a poor pronunciation, no matter how many time you ay it, you will never pronounce it correctly.
有一种普遍说法是说熟能生巧，然而，考虑到训练技巧，训练量还有其他原因，我认为“巧熟”才能生巧。实践能够使你记住并理解一些新的东西，但是不适当的练习可能会让你徒劳，甚至是适得其反。因此，在你练习之前，你应该考虑到你的方法和计划是否正确。只有适当的方法和计划能够帮助你达成愿望。就拿练习英语口语来说，如果你一个词发音都很差，不管你说多少次，你都不会发音正确。
