Food between China and Wetern countrie are totally different tyle. China ha 5000 year hitory. We probably pend half of time on food. Chinee people choice food very carefully. They only ue freh material to make food. For example they only eat freh fih. Chinee have a lot of idea and technique for cooking. We can cook a chicken in over ten way. That’ why Chinee food i o popular in the world. Wetern country like Englih or American, they don’t have freh food becaue they buy their food from upermarket which only ell tored material. Wetern people would alo prefer fat food like burger and chip. They are unhealthy to human body. Wetern people do not have many kill for cooking, motly they only boil, team and bake the food. By the way, wetern people are very good at making deert and chocolate. They can make very good cake and chocolate. In china if you invite people for meal, the peron who invited other people would pay for the meal but it’ not the way in Wetern country. In china thi only happen in ome top retaurant and hotel in large international citie like Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. Wetern people will alo think you are rude if you make ound during the meal. Wetern people do not hold their bowl up even when they have a bowl of oup.
There i alo a huge difference between Chinee and Wetern people. Chinee people ue choptick and wetern people ue fork and knife. Uually people who ue fork and knife will ue fork to hold the meat and cut it by knife and ue fork to help to get that piece of meat into moue. Chinee jut ue choptick to pick thing and pa it into your moue.
Chinee people only have three meal during a day. But wetern people will have more, they have afternoon tea. Uually they would have fruit, homemade cake, tea (black tea) or bicuit with cheee. If you are a houewife and have a lot of time, you may have morning tea a well.
