Firt of all, it need to be treed out that the majority of the team generally how a real team pirit, i willing to do hi bet to prioritize ome mooth interaction with cutomer and i not reluctant to work outide the normal working hour.
On top of that, every member of the team ha been carefully elected for hi/her excellent qualification in term of negotiating kill and communication abilitie.
A a reult, it came out of the recent urvey, conducted with mot of our cutomer, that our department ha an excellent image outide the company.
Unfortunately, however, ome apect appear to be le brilliant. A part of our ale force, people pend mot of their time on the phone and cannot fit any training coure within their chedule. A there i no clear trategy to encourage the employee to attend training coure, they may feel guilty to decide to ue part of their working time to get a better knowledge on a computer oftware for intance.
Thi being, aid, I h2ly recommend to define a clear trategy encouraging people to regiter, at leat, to two training coure, each year.
