My iter and I pent lat Chritma Day at our aunt＇ cabin①.
Although it take only half an hour to drive there from our home. we don＇t go there very often. To me the place i like another world. It i very peaceful. My aunt own 20 acre② of wood with a little tream running through it. The cabin i urrounded by hill and the tream flow before it. The cabin i very mall, maybe only half the ize of a claroom, jut big enough for a couple to live in. Water from the tream can be ued for wahing only, becaue the people living uptream ③ often made the water too dirty to drink. Drinking water ha to be brought in from another place.
There i no electricity there, and therefore oil lamp are ued in the evening. There i a mall wood-burning tove that look like a fireplace. We are very comfortable in the evening with the glow④ of the fire and the light of the oil lamp. There i no telephone or televiion et. No one bother u, o we can enjoy a very quiet life. I think it i very romantic. I epecially like to go there in winter. When big now flake ⑤ are falling outide, we are warm inide the cabin. Now it＇ only a good memory for me, a my aunt left there a few month ago.
