every day i a gift from god
what’ life? many people pend all their time earching for the anwer.
life would be a paradie everyone dream of; life would be full of happine and myterie; life would be valuable treaure.
but what about the life we’re living now?
we pend too reckle, laugh too little , get angry too quickly, tand up too late, getup too tired. we have multiply our poeion, but reduce our value. we talk too much , laugh too little and lie too often. we’ve learnt how to make a living, but not a life. we’ve added year to life, not life to year.
o we get more and more tired. even a mall failure can break u down. it’ time to change our mind.
the rabbi of old put it thi way: “a man come to thi world with hi firt clenched, but, when he die, hi hand i open.” the art of living i to know when to hold fat and when to let go. for life i a paradox: it enjoin u to cling to it many gift even while it ordain their eventual relinquihment.
hold fat to life, but not o fat that you can’t let go. by alway chaing after new goal, we’re never really appreciating what we already have right now. when i walked in the treet one day, the unlight hit me. hoe beautiful it wa, how warming, how parking, how brilliant! i looked around to ee if anyone ele relihed the un’ gold glow, but everyone wa going to or fro, mot with eye fixed on the ground. the i realize mot of u, have been in different to the grandeur of each day, too preoccupied with petty and ometime even meaningle concern. at that moment, i came to know life’ gift are preciou---but we’re too heedle of them.WWw.hAOZUowEN.com
urely we mut hold fat to life, for it’ wonderful and full of beautie. we know that i o, but often we recognize thi truth, only in our backward glance when we remember what wa, and then realize that i no more.
we remember a beauty that faded, a love that waned. but we remember with far great pain that we didn’t ee that beauty when it flowered, that we fail to repond with love when it wa tendered. don’t run through life o fat that you forget not only where you’ve been, but alo where you’re going. life i not a race, but a journey to be enjoyed lowly each tep of the way. dream what you want to dream, go where you what to go, be what you want to be, becaue you have only one life and one chance to do all the thing you want to do. the happiet of people don’t necearily have the bet of everything. they jut make the mot everything that come along their way.
never too buy for the wonder and the owe of life. be reverent before each day. embrace each hour. eize each golden minute.
every morning when we open our eye, we tell ourelve that it i pecial. every day, every minute, every breath, truly i a gift from gold.
