Firtly, an ideal lecturer hould have an intereting and humorou teaching tyle, o that tudent can learn their ubject in a relaxed and pleaant atmophere. Secondly, a divere academic background i alo preferred ince a knowledgeable teacher can greatly enlarge tudent’ cope of knowledge. Lat but not leat, a teacher with an agreeable peronality i alo deirable to tudent.
Thi practice undoubtedly ha lot of poitive effect on the preent college education, a it can encourage tudent to take an active part in tudy and urge teacher to improve their teaching quality. However, it can inevitably bring ome negative effect. For intance, ome teacher may try to cater to the tudent’ interet to increae the popularity of their leon, while ignoring the teaching plan, which may lead to the oppoite direction of high education quality.
