About Breakfat
Recently I have made an invetigation among 100 tudent of Senior.One in our chool.About 45 precent tudent go to chool without breakfat. While 35 percent tudent do not treat breakfat eriouly.Only 20 percent tudent have enough breakfat with nutrition every morning.
Some tudent who tudy late into the night chooe to mi breakfat o that they can have a few extra minute in bed. Other are given money to buy their breakfat on the way to chool becaue their parent are too buy to prepare it for them. In addition, a few chool girl want to tay ilm and often go to chool without breakfat.
In fact breakfat i very important. It can make you have good member, and good judgement, and make you in good heip. So every tudent hould tart their day with a regular breakfat.
