My grandfather liked planting flower very much. It wa a world of flower in our home. There were flower blooming all the year round in our yard. He took good care of them and ilo one could touch hi flower without hi permiion. Sometime I thought he liked flower more than me. But I changed my mind after an accident of watering flower.
It wa a cold winter day. I came out of the room and found everything covered with. now How beautiful! Then I noticed that the flower were alo buried in the now. They mut be very cold. Why not pour ome hot water on them?
I ruhed back into the room a oon a I got thi idea. I watered the flower lowly and carefully. Seeing the now melting, I felt very happy and even could imagine grandfather' praie. Lot in thought, I watered my feet. I cried out and they came out to ee what wa happening. I noticed grandfather' face turned red. He raied hi hand a if he wanted to beat me. I wa GREatly frightened and tear came into my eye. But the hand didn't touch me. Grandfather pulled me into hi arm and took me inide the room.
Then with grandfather' help, I came to ee what a tupid thing I had done. Thoe flower watered by hot water certainly went dead. But I promied my grandfather that I would plant more for him the next year, the year after next…

一想到这，我就冲进了屋里。我慢慢地、仔细地浇着这些花。看到雪正在融化，我感到很高兴，并且能想像出爷爷对我的表扬。正当我沉浸在想像中时，我浇到了自己的脚。我叫了一声，大家都出来看究竟发生了什么事。我注意到爷爷的脸色变红了，他举起了一只手好像要打我。我吓坏了，眼泪都出来了。但是手没有落下来。爷爷把我拉到他怀里，带我进了屋。
在爷爷的帮助下，我才意识到我干了一件多么愚蠢的事。被热水浇过的花当然死掉了。但我向爷爷发誓，我会为他种许多许多的花，明年，后年……
