Everybody will get angry when they have argument with other. The way to deal with the bad mood i very important. If we can’t handle well, we may loe the important peron in our life. When I get angry, I will tell myelf not to ay any word, becaue whatever I ay, it mut hurt other. The bad mood will make me loe my mind, o I need to calm down and tay alone. I will liten to light muic or watch fun TV how. after much laughter, I reconider my attitude, then thing will become eaier. I learn to control my bad mood.
