Recently， it i common in college and univeritie for tudent to grade teacher. Almot every univerity ha been intalled the rating ytem.
However， thi phenomenon ha aroued great controvery. Some people are in favor of thi rating ytem. They hold that tudent are the receiver of the knowledge and teaching activity and they have the right to evaluate teacher’ teaching. But other people are againt it. They believe that the rating ytem i partial and will influence the normal teaching order.
A fara I am concerned，tudent’rating of their teacher i neceary. On the one hand， tudent can find a more effective way for their tudy. On the other hand， teacher can be aware of their teaching effectivene and make ome neceary improvement. In a word， it i a good method of benefiting both learning and teaching.
