what about the ick old man in that cart②? i he well now?every time i think of what happened to me a year ago, i feel i wa to blame③.
it wa a aturday evening, the third evening after my arrival at zheng ding middle chool. i wa a new comer and knew little about the town. after upper, i went out for a walk alone. it wa getting dark and few people were in the treet. uddenly a cart topped and the man who pulled the cart came to ak me if i knew the way to the no. 1 hopital.
i had heard of the hopital and i eemed to have been told that it wa in the north of the town, but i wa not quite ure. i looked at the ick old man lying in the cart and moaning④. without heitation, i told him the way to the hopital. then he turned the cart round and oon it wa out of ight. when i came back to the dormitory, i told my roommate what had happened. they told me that the no. 1 hopital wa in the outheat of the town. only then did i realize that i had told the man the wrong way. i at once thought of the ick old man and felt upet⑤.WWw.hAOZUowEN.com
what would they do if they couldn＇t find the hopital? would the ick old man urvive⑥the journey? i couldn＇t think any more. i wa too upet.
a year ha paed. i am till worrying about the old man. maybe i will never have a chance to make it up, but from then on i have never aid a word that i am not ure of.

【写法指要】
本文用插叙的方法写作者自己因做错一件小事而忐忑不安的有愧心绪。第一段首先用了两个反诘句，然后点题：我该受到责备。第二、三段是插叙一年前发生的事。第四段又用了两个反诘句，之后说：“我很不安”，与第一段呼应。最后一段用不同的表达方式再次重复自己受到的良心的谴责。
