There‘ people who are great inger that don‘t have good ounding voice (think Dylan, or even Bruce) and people who have great voice but aren‘t technically good inger (think Mariah Carey--her phraing i abymal). Now, there are a few inger that have good voice *and* are good technical inger--and thee are the people that there i general agreement on. You make a lit of thee people a "great inger" and you generally don‘t get much argument.
