i think that from a biological tandpoint, human life almot read like a poem. it ha it own rhythm and beat, it internal cycle of growth and decay. it begin with innocent childhood, followed by awkward adolecence trying awkwardly to adapt itelf to mature ociety, with it young paion and follie, it ideal and ambition; then it reache a manhood of intene activitie, profiting from experience and learning more about ociety and human nature; at middle age, there i a light eaing of tenion, a mellowing of character like the ripening of fruit or the mellowing of good wine, and the gradual acquiring of a more tolerant, more cynical and at the ame time a kindlier view of life;then in the unet of our life, the endocrine gland decreae their activity, and if we have a true philoophy of old age and have ordered our life pattern according to it, it i for u the age of peace and ecurity and leiure and contentment; finally, life flicker out and one goe into eternal leep, never to wake up again. one hould be able to ene the beauty of thi rhythm of life, to appreciate, a we do in grand ymphonie,it main theme, it train of conflict and the final reolution. www
