Dear Cutomer Service Repreentative,
I am writing to comp[ain about the bad delivery ervice of your company.
The IBM Dektop computer we ordered from your tore two week ago finally arrived yeterday. There were not any ign of damage to the packing cae at all, but when we opened it, we found, much to our urprie, that the back cover had been cracked and the creen had been cratched.
In view of thi, I have decided to make a formal complaint againt your delivery ervice. I incerely hope that you will replace thi computer a oon a poible. If thi i not poible, I will have no alternative but to init on a full refund.
I would appreciate anything you can do to help u in thi matter.
