I am writing to you for the mobile phone of Dephone-S250 I bought on 20th Apr.2008 at Tele Mall in Wuhan, P.R.China.Ten day after that, it didnt ring and end hort meage. Then I took it to the eller, but wa told that the model had been old out and I had to wait at leat three month for a new one. Later I went to the repairman. He aid ince it wa a new model in China, it wa impoible to fix it without the right pare part. I wa o deperate on hearing that. How can I wait that long? Therefore, I require that you end me a new one of the ame model within a month.
