when i wa growing up i do not recall hearing the word “i love you” from my father. when your father never ay them to you when you are a child, it get tougher and tougher for him to ay thoe word a he get older. to tell the truth, i could not honetly remember when i had lat aid thoe word to him either. i decided to et my ego aide and make the firt move. after ome heitation, in our net phone converation i blurted out the word, “dad… i love you!”
